I saw DeLay on Hannity last night. He was singularly unimpressive. He blamed the Dems for the war going poorly in Iraq which is ludicrous among other things. Some folks just won't fade away when their time is up alas. The hang around like wraiths to haunt us.

"Reverse psychology" might put some fire in the belly, but don't give the enemy quotes ammo, Tom!

Disagree. I think her ego and lust for power are too strong. In this respect this makes her more of a man than Teddy Kennedy, who chickened out of future presidential races after due reflection on what happened to his older brothers.

Ted Kennedy ran for President in 1980. He lost to Carter! Seems like he was thinking of another run in '84.

One day after launching the new website, DeLay said hes had 100 people pay the $52 per year to join the Grassroots Action and Information Network. It beats killing bugs for a living, I suppose.

It just might work -- unless during the campaign we can force her to answer substantive questions and engage in a debate -- activities she's so far successfully sheltered herself from.

Last Senator to win the White House was Kennedy in 1960. And that took some doing in Illinois!
To: Quilla
Just slink away Tom. You have done great damage to the Party.

Tom...Tom...Tom....I am embarrassed that I worked on your initial campaign to get you into office even more now. YOU are part of the problem since you wimped out and let another seat fall to the democrats IMHO. You are and have never been close too what the conservatives aspired we'd get done with a Republican congress. Just part of the problem and now we are rid of you!! Newt's my hero.
To: Quilla
Although Hillary! could very well be the dem's candidate for 2008, I highly doubt she will reach the WH again. Could just be denial on my part, but I do not think Americans are ready to vote for a woman (if that is indeed what Hillary! is) president.

I didn't say he never ran. I meant that he became so fat, happy and secure in the Senate, he figured why take the physical risk to myself by running for President in the future.

Sounds like someone is trying to raise campaign funds.
