WILLINGBORO, N.J. - December 14, 2006 - Hazardous materials teams have a school in southern New Jersey quarantined as they investigate a substance that was sent in an envelope to a teacher at the Garfield Park East Elementary School in Willingboro.
Authorities tell Action News that a teacher opened up an envelope and white powder was released all over her arms. We're told the teacher had a reaction to the unidentified powder.
Hazardous materials teams quarantined the teacher and students as they investigate.

IMPORTANT: Fox is currnently reporting, from several sources, that nobody knows what's going on.
One report say the kids are quaranteened, another says they were taken to another school and parents should come get them.
