YEAH thats clearly a violation of the start treaty. Well that’s a good idea to update the minuteman ICBM force to MIRV status and it would be better. Even so if the United States doesn’t then, they should reactivate the Peacekeeper ICBM missile on the grounds that russia has probably more then 500 Minuteman III ICBM’S then the U.S not to mention they have mobile ICBM’S which in the event of war would be much harder ro locate and destroy in the event of war.
They were developed and several built for the military parades but few or none were operationally deployed.
The mobile ones were allowed and were developed together with truck launchers but were not deployed due to Russia being in a state of no money.
Yes, everything is being fueled up and put on patrol now that they can afford to pay the crews. Flying museum pieces and all.
also that Obama wants to cease all weapons testing and nuclear defense testing. and wants to reduce nuclear arsenal.
