a)The Cutileiro plan in March 1992 was signed by Mate Boban ( the Bosnian Croat leader ) and the Bosnian Serb leadership of Karadzic, but Izetbegovic withdrew his signature a week after signing . This plan would have headed off civil war in Bosnia . Both the Bosnian Serbs and Bosnian Croats signed the last chance to preserve peace and to avoid any conflict in Bosnia . The Islamists didn't . Izetbegovic in fact said he'd prefer war to peace if the peace meant Bosnia couldn't cede .
A full year before civil war broke out , and the muslims had already set up the so called Patriotic League. It contained 120,000 armed men according to Sefer Halilovic the commander of the Main Staff of the Muslim Army
b)Before the Civil war broke out , on the 26th of March, 1992, a large massacre of Serbs in the area of Bosanski Brod in the village of Sijekovac when entire families were massacred.
c)4th of April that exactly when Serb refugees from Barice and Kostres were killed by armed Muslims, inhabitants of the village of Korace, when 117 Serbs were killed, including old men, women, and children.
d)The acts formally declaring war were passed at the beginning of April by the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the absence of Serb members and in the absence of one of the Muslim leaders, Fikret Abdic ( the secular Muslim leader who supported the Serbs ) , when a decision was taken on mobilisation. And then on the 8th of April, the immediate threat of war was declared and the Republican Staff of Territorial Defence was abolished and the TO of Bosnia-Herzegovina founded.
But the Bosnian Serbs wanted , desired and strove for war at all costs , according to Red"Hitler deserves an apology"6 .
