Perhaps the law is that no such people may not be in the ground at Arlington rather than that they may not be placed there, which would not be post facto. I don't know how it is worded there.

Well, I do not know how he got there in the first place, but I know that getting there is not easy - it has to go through layers of approval. One could not simply cart a body in there and get it buried. So, if they cleared him [or rather, his remains] according to the rules and loopholes then in effect, that should close it. Not for nothing there is the prohibition against ex post facto laws.

I am trying to find the page I got that from and so far can't figure out what I had typed in. Usually I link sources , I am sorry I didn't last night. I can not stand John Kerry. And I do agree he is a total phony. I can't stand Jane Fonda either. I don't know why the White House feared Kerry as that source says. I would have thought he was just more of a pain in the rear then anything else.
