What happens to illegals when they are convicted of felonies in the US? Do they go to US jails or get deported to Mexico and take another lap thru Arizona or Texas to repeat the process?
If they go to US jails we should be able to bill Mexico for their upkeep, or at least deduct it from foreign aid payments.
