Okay, so 40% are illegal immigrants. Of the remaining 60% how many are legal residents and how many are . . . what other category could there be? Please don't tell me that someone is breaking these statistics down by ethnic group after separating out the illegals. That is a misuse of statistical comparison.

Don't forget 7.2% for FICA. That brings it to 56.2% and when those illegals get a free pass plus the draining of the treasury for giving them Social Security, all of our taxes will skyrocket. You will be looking at 60 to 65% for Cali and more for NY state.

I read this article at www.nctimes.com this morning, and I wondered why, if the report was released last May, this was newsworthy today? Did I miss something in the article?

Maybe I don't understand this properly, but if the person has a fake SSN and having it deducted from their wages, why wouldn't they also try to file for the Socialist Redistribution Act a.k.a. earned income credit? I'm sure a lot of them do.

I would consider this line of reasoning if the Fair Tax were passed, but otherwise it is bologna. Illegals costs much more than they pay.

I heard this past week on Glen Beck that Illegals were refunded 10 BILLION dollars this past year via the IRS. (also read it on the minutemen project website; 10B in 2002)

The IRS has issued more than 7.4 million taxpayer ID numbers over the past 10 years to Illegals. The Illegals say that they are filing, not b/c of the refunds but b/c "they want to do the right thing by the government" sure.

They think that if ANYONE has more than them, they should get stuff for free.

I don't have much, but it is logical that I have SOMETHING more than someone else.
I WORKED for everything I have. I performed a job, got a NET paycheck, and purchased my things with my own discretion.

Guess the good news about all of this is that I also purchased my own guns. When someone comes and tries to "take" what is already mine, there will be some bloodshed. Probably SSS will be involved.
