It looks as if Bush has given orders to remove some of the restraints our troops have been operating under. That is our only hope for winning in Iraq, which is Round 1 of the mis-named WOT.
Bush may take the gloves off at last because he knows he has nothing to lose, and the Dems will de-fund the war soon. I am sick of half-way wars... Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm.
