We called their dad Pop. Keep it going...I dare you to get cornier.
I told Red I was going to grow up today....I think I just pushed it off until tomorrow.
I don't believe the prosecution case is terribly strong. Wuterich, Tatum, and Sharratt all have first-class lawyers (wish the same could be for Dela Cruz). I can't imagine they'd recommend a plea deal at this stage.
I believe the accused can, and will, beat the charges.
The crucial question is whether the accused can continue to afford their first-class lawyers. That's why I've donated money to their defense fund.
If convicted, I still can't see a presidential pardon unless the political landscape changes radically. The Iraqi leadership is part of the picture in this case. The South Vietnamese government wasn't a factor during the legal wrangling over My Lai.
HEADLICE??? You dated a girl with headlice?
Thanks for the ping. To much for me to analysis at present. 3:30AM wake up call is coming soon.
Don't forget...they were big headlice.
You are all the best...thanks for the laughs.
Steve McQueen!!!!
Ali McGraw!!!!
Correction.
Ali McGraw...I remember her in Winds of War.
I thought you asked who was the Cooler King...Mr. Google says Steve McQueen. You must be on the wrong thread dude.
Snood was worn in Love Story by Miss Ali.
Yes, I am.
I never in a bazillionaire years thought you'd know who played the Cooler King, much less catch the snood reference. I shall spend the next several moments admiring you from afar.
I cheated, I googled Steve, but I really watched Winds of War.....Jan Michael Vincent was HOT on that series.
See you in the AM.
Psy-ops...Ah,I see..
Night, lil!
"...(wish the same could be for Dela Cruz).."
Is Bud Day available?
Post #103. Wish I could use this in every thread relating to this issue. Ditto Ditto to infinity.
You said it all Red in very few words. OORAH!
You're a smart guy who likes to win. I know you'd do the same thing.
Hack away at the base of support for the accused through a drumbeat of guilt in the media. Make the accused feel that their situation is hopeless. Get their wives and parents to a point where all they can think about is the maximum sentence.
Not such an unusual way to get a plea, wouldn't you say?
