Here at Freerepublic, one can easily find stories of a part of Scandinavia that Europe is not all that proud of; the Rosengård district of Malmö, Sweden's third largest city, which has developed into a muslim ghetto in the midst of Scandinavian prosperity.

Some say anyone can do this (click the link below), I'm not convinced though. It would be like saying anyone could come to a club like Inter Milan and do what Zlatan has done for them.

If young European muslims chose Zlatan for a role model instead of Saddam and Usama, much is gained.

I too spot the paradox of it all.

The Muslim world once aided the Christian Sphere in preserving and restoring its magnificent spirit and awareness during the Medieval ages.

The Muslim world has often been at war with Christianity, but at least it has been respected.

Today, large parts of the Muslim community has lost itself in a treacherous swamp. Not saying there's no hope though.

What is, badly, needed today is this: Civilized members of the world community again embracing the concept of HUMAN PROGRESS. Technological, scientific and economic progress is our SOURCE of life, not a threat to human life.

Progress is NOT a bad word.

Good role models is a start and Zlatan, even though he sometimes gets trifle angry, somewhat cocky etc for sure is a good role model. He is admired among Italians as well as Vikings, that ought to tell you something.

Unless we limit ourselves, we can do anything.

One day, I hope all Muslims will find the route back to civilization.

I think the Muslim world is watching each and every one of our steps.

If we Westerners continue to perform progress that most Muslims realize their leaders can not provide them with, they will on and on lose faith in their rulers and also realize who their true enemies are, namely the idiots who attack Westerners as well as Muslims in the name of their own religion.

Already, many people in Iran are aware their government is a parody of true leadership.

Terrorism is unable of any contribution to mankind.
