I'm not so sure that he feminists will chide Hellery enough about Bill to cost her their vote. Lots of things can be rationalized away in order to accommodate an underlying agenda.
This will be fun to watch.

If Obama has the IQ of a carrot (and I'm not sure he does), he could trot out a whole parade of Whitehouse staff that were treated like total garbage and/or illegally railroaded out of their jobs so that cronies could be put in. He could frame it with, "If this is how Hitlery treats her own people, how much does she care about YOU?"

You are probably right about the "official" response but your everyday b@ll buster and gender fuzz thinks Hill is a joke and an opportunist who couldn't make it on her own after the man made her look a fool. A weakness that is not becoming of the movement.

She was always the driving politico behind Bill - his "success" or lack thereof was not his own "brilliance" but due to the MSM whitewash, having Newt in congress doing the work and Mrs. C pushing the help.

Mia, color me stupid, but I had HOPED all the recent negative reports on her electability and those abandoning ship would resonate and she would not run. She's not stupid and knows whoever she selects as VP will be critical. If she were to choose Richardson or Obama as her VP, she'd garner the black, hispanic and female votes and that is unnerving.
No sure, I have a feeling it will be someone we are not paying much attention to yet, possible a Blue Dog.
I see alot of chest thumping on these two Hillary threads today - how she is going to be easy to beat, how all the old "vince foster" stories are going to take her down.
no way, none of that stuff is going to work. the voters who respond to those stories - are already voting against her.
she can win, especially if the republican party implodes into some litmus test frenzy and put up some unknown candidate. we barely won in 2000 with a well known, well funded candidate with excellent name recognition. and we won by one state in 2004 with the incumbent, against a northeast liberal with a kooky wife and a tarnished war record.
You make a valid point that many people overlook : Perot gave us Slick Willy by syphoning off Bush votes.
BUT....will McLame get angry enough when he loses the GOP primary to do the same?
