It looks like the "Castle Doctrine" bill is not as strong as Florida's "Stand Your Ground" bill. It sounds like it prevents lawsuits against you if you shoot someone when you are not in a "duty to retreat" situation. We already do not have a "duty to retreat" in a home, an occupied car, or business, etc. But, every little bit helps.
