Yes, I agree with you. You have refined my brilliant campaign strategery. That's why two heads are better than one.

WASHINGTON The last sitting House member to win election as president was James Garfield, who captured the White House in 1880. California Congressman Duncan Hunter says he realizes he's up against history as his 2008 campaign moves ahead. But, he says, "Somebody's got to win this race." Hunter faces a crowded G-O-P field, including John McCain, Mitt Romney, Rudy Giuliani, Sam Brownback and Tom Tancredo. Until Democrats took control of Congress this month, Hunter was chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, which oversees military policy. But Hunter is little known outside of Congress and his San Diego district. He is a strong opponent of illegal immigration who wants fences extended along the U-S-Mexico border. Hunter appeared on "This Week" on A-B-C. Copyright 2007 The Associated Press. All rights reserved. This material may not be published, broadcast, rewritten or redistributed.
The link says it does not exist on this server. I wonder what that's all about?
I must admit that Duncan is the FIRST politician that I've got real excited about in a very long time!! He's right on the issues. Now, all we've got to do is get his name out there.
Straight shootin' there from NRA2BFree
I'm liking him! This is good! I'll be pushing on my end here.
It loads great but it is "large" visually. You might get the size down around close to half in future posts. It's a little startling to come eye to eye withe...
:O)
I hope both of y'all can drop a "Strongly Support" vote on the Freep Poll for Duncan Hunter:

Wishful thinking on the part of the Clintoon boy.
But you're right, the "visual" impression may affect some people. I will reduce the size :)
Done. 20k now... Half the size :)
"The war on radical Islam is huge, but it doesn't distract from my personal desperate hope to get another pro-lifer or two on the SCOTUS."
Someone hopefully who will challenge Eminent Domain as well. We need to stop fearing to speak our religious minds on these times. Hunter appears to be a God-fearing candidate, and that is important. We should be praying for this man, since no politician is incorruptible. But God can raise up the right man whenever He chooses. We must go with the man who confronts the enemy and embraces Judeo-Christian values. We pray for our current leadership - how much more so than should we then pray for our pending leadership.
2 Chronicles 7:14: "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
EVERYONE should view that video and email it to their friends.
A couple of years ago there was a news report that wounded American soldiers who were in a military hospital stateside were getting bills for their food while in the hospital.
These young wounded soldiers, living on military paychecks, ended up owing the gov't hundreds/thousands of $$$ for food they ate while in the hospital!
I couldn't believe it! Had something to do with a bureaucratic trip-up and per diem nonsense.
As far as I was concerned - I didn't care a fig about the bureaucratic nicities - wounded soldiers in the hospital should NEVER get a bill for the food they eat! NEVER!
This is America - as far as I'm concerned they should eat for free forever!
Well, Hunter is my congressman, and he was Chairman of the Armed Services Committee in the House. So I (and I am sure others) wrote to him.
Within two days - he changed whatever had to be changed and now our wounded soldiers don't have to fork out money for food they eat in the hospital.
Just a small example of where Hunter stands.
I urge you to support him.
Free Republic has a brand new poll: If the short list for Republican Nominee were narrowed down to the following, which one would you favor?
VOTE DUNCAN HUNTER!!! ...I mean if you like the guy.
Newt's name recognition/'Contract with America' might be a boost, too.
Ideas, opinions?
Keep in mind that idealogically, Hunter looks really good to me, (better than anyone else so far), but needs to get over the name recognition hump.
