What he means is Gen X'ers are well into their 30s by now. These guys are Gen Y'ers, or Baby ReBoomers, or whatever the heck they're being called now.
I thought the press conference was funny, in that anything that makes the media look stupid is alright by me.
These guys aren't 'Gen-Xers'. The Gen-X generation is now well into their 30s and early 40s.
