I suggest an ad campaign featuring an announcer reading off the side-effects of the Pill. That may begin to wean people from the idea that tossing human pesticide into one's wife is somehow sexy. There are other forms of contraception, including sterilization, not to method natural family planning. The bottom line is, if women on average refuse to go through childbirth more than twice no one can make them do otherwise. Muslims keep up their high birthrates by practically enslaving their women, we don't do that here.
