The Pro-Queer Group has drafted 3 initiatives. This is one of 3. They hope to get the initiatives passed and then challenged by the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court throws out these initiatives out followed by the Defense Marriage Act (one man one woman) which the Supreme Court upheld last year. It's a gimmick to further the queers agenda and get rid of the Defense Marriage Act. Hope it backfires on them.

What nonsense. How can we be expected to take these people seriously when they pull stunts like this?

Better yet, why not pass a bill requiring couples who have children out of wedlock to marry?

You can count on one thing - a President Giuliani won't do anything to help out in this fight.

Why should he? It isn't a federal problem, it's a Washington state problem.

Nor should he -- it is a state issue.

Couples would be required to prove they can have children...

That will sure make the waiting line for a marriage license more interesting.

I think they've maybe shot themselves in the foot (or... something) with this nonsense.

I think most people have had a live-and-let-live attitude, but are starting to get tired of the mouthy in-yer-face gay lobby that just won't shut up. It's annoying.

It's like Ellen Degeneres... who was actually pretty funny back in the day, but became unbelievably boring when every single joke was about her gayness. OK... we get it... you're gay... it was cute for about three jokes. Got anything else?

I think the gay lobby is jumpin' da shark. Or chokin' da bunny... or whatever fits.

There is nothing wrong with this knucklehead that a good public beating wouldn't cure.

He is a self-admitted "artist" that is doing performance theater via the Washington Legislature. If we would take to whacking more of these idots with sticks, every time they show their faces in public, we might just have fewer problems with things like this...and let's not forget the Uber-Liberal, Swishy DemocRat State Legislator that introduced this tripe in the first place!

Knocking skulls is highly under-rated IMHO, especially for those who so desperately need it...

Stout Hearts...

When insanity spills out onto the street, I tend to get concerned. I consider homosexuality as a form of self destructive obsessive/compulsive behavior, that is re-enforced by a media culture that keeps repeating, "you're not sick, you're OK, dreaming about raping little boys is 'normal'..."

So you're not a psychologist?

that is re-enforced by a media culture that keeps repeating, "you're not sick, you're OK, dreaming about raping little boys is 'normal'..."

I must have missed that. Can you tell me the names of the media that tell that raping little boys is OK, so that I can boycott them?

I was witness to an nephew with an "alternate life style" kill himself, by degrees. Due to his habit of going down to a interstate rest stop and having the ultimate in anonymous sex, a Glory Hole, and the drug use, he managed to collect a variety of obscure diseases, that killed him relatively quickly.

It's odd that network programming is awash with charming, urbane, well dressed and witty gays, without actually saying who does what and to whom, the number of beatings, suicides, "domestic arguements" that wind up with a lover's head smashed into a strawberry slushie in the classic gay overkill. Ask any cop who has had to mediate a gay domestic brawl, men AND women.

I'm tired of having the Big Lie jammed down my throat, and being called a bigot because I don't believe it.

I'm sorry for your nephew and the disturbing practices he engaged in.

without actually saying who does what and to whom

Why should they? I'm not interested.

Ask any cop who has had to mediate a gay domestic brawl, men AND women.

I'll take it on your word. But don't you think that there are committed gay couples in which this sort of thing does not happen? I know some.

Also, you forgot to address my question about what media promote raping little boys. That's disgusting.

If homosexual behavior was JUST having a sense of style, an effeminate lisp, a predilection for odd pets, there would be no issues.

BUT IT"S MORE! It's kidnapping and raping little boys, seeing how many partners they can stroke over a weekend, while swapping super microbes, finding a willing body to brand, shoving any conceivable object into every available orifice, and then calling me a bigot because I do not want them anywhere near me and mine.

Somehow, that part of the gay lifestyle gets left out of all the media.
