I don't disagree at all. But it is different when aomeone of high standards comes in to an organization screws up (maybe not a felony, now) and then straightens up and flies right.

How true. You know the U.S. is really into this one strike you are out bit. I don't know if that is really making great leaders or not. I think it makes people more "followers". Afraid to take risks, chances. I really find this ashame to be honest with you. Nimitz would never have been a hero because he would have been discharged pretty soon after his incident.
