THE HAGUE -- The International Court of Justice today decides on Bosnia’s genocide lawsuit against FRY.

The lawsuit, brought against the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (FRY) in 1993, claims that FRY was responsible for alleged genocide that took place during the 1992-1995 war in Bosnia.

The United Nation’s highest court’s ruling in the case will be presented to the public on February 26, by Judge Rosaline Higgins, on behalf of a panel of 15 judges.

Belgrade daily Blic reports today quoting from sources close to the court that Serbia will not be found guilty of having committed genocide against Bosnia.

The daily reports the International Court of Justice will rule that although war crimes against the Bosniaks and Croats have undoubtedly been perpetrated by Serbs, Bosnia’s lawsuit will be rejected on grounds of insufficient evidence that genocide took place on a state level.

The former state union of Serbia and Montenegro (SCG) disputed the International Court of Justice’s jurisdiction in the case, stating that at the time the lawsuit was brought against it, FRY was not a UN member-state.

The country’s legal team also rejected claims that genocide took place in Bosnia, and that official Belgrade could be held responsible for the crimes that occurred during the war in that country.

It's criminal the number of links between Afghanistan, to Bosnia to Croatia, to Kosovo to 911 to Iraq back to Afghanistan to CIA to ...and it just keeps going in a very interesting "circle" of acquaintences. These boys get around if they live long enough. :) I'm beginning to think that Bosnia, Albania, Montenegro and Macedonia is their "safe" training and R&R areas before they blow more things up.

The other one of his ilk who was also an honorary citizen of "Bosnia-Herzegovina", and of Sarajevo, was the late lesbian "intellectual" Susan Sontag.

And let's not forget Osama bin Laden.

Just like you I have thought for some time that Kosovo, Albania and Croatia is the new safe haven. Especially Kosovo since islamic fascists seek basically lawless areas to set up their camps and safe houses.

The Kosovo authorities (if that's what you call them) are not going to investigate anything related to muslims or the KLA, and just the magnitude of assaults aimed at non-muslims the destruction of churches and the claiming of non-muslim property is the tell IMO.

Those signs point to the man behind the curtain which is islamic fascists. I just don't see how it could be interpreted any other way.

Oh, there is another factor and it's not Islamic facists alone. They are and have been working with several "Western Groups" that are very near and dear to us in the USA since the Russians left Afghanistan. The groups that I'm talking about, that has been working with these Muslims and Islamist are are own CIA, ISI, Iranian Intel, Saudi Intel, and we moved them from Afghan to Bosnia to stir up the trouble in Bosnia. We started it in 1948.

Google "Frank Wisner, SR" Google Operation Fiend in Albania and CIA. You will be very surprises at how deep we are it from 1948 to now......and pushing the envelope supporting the Islamist all the way against the Serbs. Also reference Operation Storm, in Croatia....wild wild wild.

Osama bin Laden is NOT one of that bird's (and Sontag's and Reiff's) ilk--a Dhimmwit and professional "human rightser".

Instead, bin Laden is the false icon that Dhimmwits and "human rightsers" venerate!!!!

By the way, I put the keyword DHIMMWIT on this thread for the usual--Hoppy/Helot--reason. But now posts about even bigger Dhimmwits have appeared here, so the keyword is approporate indeed!!!!

Bin Laden was ours until he went off scope, died of the kidney thing, or who knows. CIA trained him to take on the soviets, then took the Muh., made QL Qaeda an item, which was the same as the MUH. from Afghan, to conduct operations in Bosnia, stirring up Milosevic, thus causing him to respond with a heavy hand; but, not like the MSM lied about....then Demonized him, (which wasn't hard to do), and continued the road to achieve an independent Kosovo. In the meantime, they knew a 911 event needed to be conducted in order to justify targeting the Islamic camp in order to get WWIII on the road to its start.....I'll stop there. I know its a lot of swallow but this is only scratching the surface...lolol :) you haven't seen anything yet. They're just warming up.

"...he was an adviser to Bosnian war-time president Alija Izetbegovic."

That was all I needed to hear.
