Wednesday, February 14, 2007 Foreign Operatives Using Message Boards
All over the Internet, it is apparent that a coordinated, well-funded effort is under way to undermine and warp American values by attacking us through our least protected zone...the Internet. From AOL, to Yahoo, to Netscape, possible terrorists are posting on message boards while posing as liberals. They are taking advantage of the natural anti-American tendencies liberals have anyway, and therefore can more easily blend in. However, there are a few traits you should look for to determine whether someone is actually a foreign agent instead of just the average liberal:
~ - Do certain message board posters repeatedly post news articles that attack the United States in general, ignoring the political dichotomy present in our domestic political environment? ~ - Do certain message board posters plant articles that are one-sided in support of obvious enemies like Iran, China, Russia, North Korea, etc? ~ - Do certain message board posters lack base knowledge of our institutions of democracy...or do they seem numb to any arguments about issues that would require someone to have been immersed in a free society in order to understand you? ~ - How often are people posting? Do they post at unusual times and at unusual frequencies...to the extent that holding a typical job in the United States would be impractical? ~ It is more difficult to pin down a possible internet insurgent than it would be to determine other types of insurgents in person. This is why the Internet is such a fertile breeding ground for new-age, political terrorists who are neither American, nor "liberal" in the modern sense of the word. ~ Be aware that these people are seeking access to your children, as well. Not only are they trying to disrupt the polite discourse of issues that effect us all, but they wish to corrupt the next generation of Americans by supporting our enemies while pretending to be Americans.

Yes, but What Would Quidam Say?
Let's just get rid of the internet. And the First Amendment while we're at it. Hey folks, if information is bad people should be smart enough to spot it. And if they're not, it won't be hard to brainwash them back to our side anyway.
Maybe if all the keyboards were made with porcine products, this could allah be avoided.
The sad part is...
Our tax dollars are probably paying someone to monitor this thread...
Are you sure?
>>>Our tax dollars are probably paying someone to monitor this thread...
Monitor? Not just monitor.
Most of the 'activists' that do all the propaganda postings are PAID to do it with grant funded activism sources.

Them's the breaks.
Our tax dollars are probably paying someone to monitor this thread...
Then we might as well give them something fun to watch...

We had an incident a few weeks back where someone logged into our site, and posted several things that fit this category... in fact several that the poster above mentioned.
When we confronted him with the facts as to what the site were about, he bailed quickly. Several more came and went, but not much in the way of posts. I've noted from the administrative side of things that very specific things are being targeted by our "guests" and being emailed to a friend by our software.
I suspect that there are plenty of intel collectors out there, and there are even those who would use conservative web sites, as well as liberal sites to get their messages out, while going undetected.
Thailand?
heheheh so easy a caveman can do it? lol
Hello Mom and Dad = Ahmad, demon doll!
I will be coming home for your anniversary. = Rebellion! Horrifying. Microwaves. No, Yuma.

This one is nonsense.
I have seen muslims post from work - at normal American working hours and -- Americans posting from work -- in Tokyo.
It is harder now than a few years ago, since agents in place (muslim students) have learned more about the idioms and mannerisms of American culture.
But given enough postings, I can eventually see through their charade and spot their arabic syntax in their English words. That, and the nature and source of their posts, gives them away every time.
Discussion and exchange is one thing. Abusing forums for propaganda purposes is entirely a different thing.

lol

Just in case there's a misunderstanding, the First Amendment does not obligate FR or any of us individually to act as hosts for Death Culture propaganda
