So 14,000 - 16,000 is in range of all; 18,000 ft a little above (advertised) range.

And we all know that "advertised" ranges for missiles are exact, specific-to-the-foot absolutely-perfect ranges.

These are of interest,,,instead of hitting the hot
tail-pipe,,,these will hit the body of the body of the aircraft at the last moment,,,

As for their range,,,at some point the missile will
"fail-safe"(burst),,,if the target starts to pull away,,,
How far would it "glide"?
When this happened,,,It was all over MSM that it was
"Much to High for a missile",,,
There was also argument about "just how high" the aircraft was,,,pure BS...

That's what I mean by "advertised" elevation/ranges.

Hint: If the enemy has a 15,000 ft range missile, don't go flying above him at 15,100 ft and think you're safe.

The idiot shooting at you might not have read the manual as carefully as you did, and shoot anyway.

Warheads and propellants have "some" reserve in them anyway, and all rounds have a +/- error based on different propellant weights, temperature of the propellant, humidity of the air, drag, altitude, how much propellant was loaded, etc. so even a perfect round might go a bit longer than expected in the advertisement.

>>>The report issued by Davis characterized the Justice Department's investigation of Burger's thievery as "remarkably incurious.")<<<

That is G.W. Bush's Justice Department. G.W. Bush is either a Manchurian Candidate, or a Trojan Horse. There is no other possible explanation for him turning his back on true patriots (like many of his court nominees, Porter Goss, Scooter Libby and the recent Border Patrol agents), for failing to go after treasonous behavior by the media and lefties, and for failing to protect our borders and national sovereignty.

Well, there may be one other explanation: that he is as stupid as the lefties claim he is. But I cannot believe anyone is that stupid -- even Forrest Gump.
