This is obscene, and our enemies will capitalize on it. This vicious monster will get plenty of food, clean running hot and cold water, temperature-controlled shelter, and protection from violence for the next 10 years -- things which the family he helped brutalize and kill didn't enjoy even when they were alive -- and then walk free to perpetrate his evil again on our society.
I sure hope so.
