Time for GWB to pardon these BP agents. He had time over the Christmas holidays to pardon FIVE DRUG DEALERS; he can certainly find time now to pardon these men.

Are you kidding, I didn't know that.

No drug dealer should be pardoned.

Dubya needs to pardon the BP agents.

Well, all of these cases seem to have involved certain types of drug smugglers - the Feds don't care if the Border Patrol detains future fast food workers.

New evidence arrives every day indicating what the "War on Drugs" has really been designed to do.

The number of cases against Border Agents seems to increasing.

It seems that the Administration is sending a message to the other Border Agents and LEOs:

Don't impede the economic flow of goods and servants into the US. Your job depends on them.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Bush issued 16 pardons Thursday and commuted the sentence of an Iowa man convicted of drug charges. Six of the federal offenses were drug crimes, while others included bank fraud, mail fraud, the acceptance of a kickback, a false statement on a loan application and conspiracy to defraud the government over taxes. Seven of the 16 received no prison or jail time, instead getting probation or a reduction in their military pensions. The longest sentence was nine years, for aiding cocaine distribution, followed by a six-year term for conspiracy to possess marijuana. With this batch, Bush...

This whole illegal immigration problem will not be solved before the 2008 election.

We are going to have to elect a POTUS who will enforce the immigration laws of this country, deport ALL ILLEGALS, secure the ports and BOTH BORDERS and FINE ALL EMPLOYERS WHO HIRE ILLEGALS!

The common link is Sutton and his ties to Bush. Clearly Bush knows all about Sutton's crusade to rein in the BP and approves.

Is there anyone left who thinks Bush actually cares about stopping mexican illegals from coming into the U.S?

Are you kidding, I didn't know that.

On December 21, 2006, President Bush pardoned these drug offenders:

• Marie Georgette Ginette Briere — possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

• George Thomas Harley — aiding and abetting the distribution of cocaine.

• Patricia Ann Hultman — conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine and other controlled substances.

• Eric William Olson — possession with intent to distribute, possession, and use of hashish.

On the same day, Bush also commuted the sentence of Phillip Anthony Emmert, who was serving time for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

On September 28, 2005, President Bush pardoned these drug offenders:

• Adam Wade Graham — conspiracy to deliver LSD.

• Larry Paul Lenius — conspiracy to distribute cocaine.

• Larry Lee Lopez — conspiracy to import marijuana.

• Mark Lewis Weber — selling Quaalude tablets, selling, using and possessing marijuana.

You summed up it up perfectly. And all this can be easily done.

What on Earth was his rationale for these pardons?

Is there a Web site that lists all the misdeeds of Johnny Sutton, Debra Kanof, Judge Kathleen Cardone and others who go after anyone trying to stop drug dealers and other illegal aliens? There is a growing list of names of BP agents who have been framed.

Yes, they are clearly sending a message. And, their message is that they are traitors to America. This is something I might expect from flaming liberal democrats. But, such malicious, leftist prosecution by a Republican administration is shocking. If Bush does not pardon the agents he should be impeached.

I remember one time on Tony Snow's radio program, he was interviewing someone about the border issues. Snow was hand-wringing that we just couldn't do anything about it -- it was too big of a problem.

I posted that we could .... and in 3 easy steps:

1. Cut off the social, educational and health subsidies/benefits to all illegals.

2. Fine employers $10,000 per illegal on their payroll on the first investigation. Then $100,000 per illegal on the second investigation. Then 3 years mandatory imprisonment for the CEO and upper management on the third investigation.

3. Mandatory military conscription for all illegals males between the ages of 18 and 36.

====

Snow didn't respond.

The hand-wringers keep saying "we can't just simply evict 18 million illegals."

I think Ted Nugent is credited with a response to that: "Mexico did."
