Okay, maybe a spelling contest isn't the best idea. Maybe some other technique could be used to show they're really, really not sure about the surge. They could do paint-by-number, a mural or their valiant struggle against the stupid Bush, a paean to their leaders Kennedy and Kerry, or a movie by Al Gore.
