Yeah no kidding.
Fighting these wars the hard PC way instead of using our tactical nukes is what is causing the problem.
Tactical nukes means SMALL nuke for those unfamiliar.
Nice headline ap,nice try.
No. This means that we have 'overdrawn' our account with our involvement in IRAQ. We need to wrap up the job and get our troops out as quickly as possible, so that we are ready to be at full capability strength to take on any new challenge.
I'd like to know who these m-fers are. We used to put people in Leavenworth for leaking classified information.
Why is this tolerated?
I don't think that is a road we want to go down since short of a retaliation against a WMD attack (and even that would be questionable response in some's eyes) the world would condemn us for such actions. And, it would legitimize their use in any other conflict that emerges throughout the world.
It's a little hard to tell from the report whether they're actually repeating classified information or just trying to look like hotshots by pretending they have inside sources. They mention the report's classified, then indicate at the end of the article that the majority of it has been declassified.
Not clear is whether any portion of what they're reporting involves the stuff that's still classified.
Shot across the bow back at congress.
What we need are another 10-12 Combat Brigades (half Heavy, half Stryker), another carrier or two, increased airlift capability, 2-3 more aviation brigades (UH-60 and Osprey once they prove fully reliable), etc. A Larger Military.
The media propping up Murtha.
Hey,There,,,,,,,,,,,Things that make me wonder...
Is General Pace undermining the WH again?
Like... Iraq?
Oh sorry should I have written that IRAQ?
And I want those MOABs used. I paid for them.
At least he has the courage to address this issue since no one in Congress seems to give a 'rat's ass. Sometimes the truth hurts. We need more people. We need more funding to strengthen our military. They cannot keep recycling these same people over and over again and expect no wear and tear. For goodness sake, they are recalling people in the IRR who left active duty in 1998. I should also mention that I completely understand the balance here when trying to report the truth so Congress and the President can allocate the resources to strengthen our military vice reporting of the truth by contortionist 'rats so as to demoralize the military for their own political agendas.
