Maybe the really big veterans organizations are afraid to be "too political" or something; to the point that they won't stick up for our veterans and our military?
Conservatives don't rally. We work behind the scenes to vote. Up until the last election, that worked.

All the leftists do is campaign, rally, and hate monger! I swear they don't have a normal job! It's a Democratic guerilla tactic, they know that most conservatives work for a living and have taken advantage of it to slip beyond the grasp of a large portion of the Republican Party and attempt to bring our country down to defeat!
The leftist vermin do that because it works! ...and they have the resources. With a government of empty suits and skirts, and a well funded ACLU, they have no worries about being in orange jump suits and in prison for sedition and treason, where they should be. They are free to continue to put forth their hate mongering as much as they please. After all they were successful in helping this country snatch defeat from the jaws of victory in the Vietnam conflict.

It is imperative that people do as you suggested. But if they are unable to get to DC to participate, then they should check out where the march is near them. This is national protest! ANSWER has a map of the cities that they will be marching and protesting in. If there isn't a counter scheduled, start one!
We will be countering ANSWER in Los Angeles since we can't make DC. People need to do the same in cities near them! Fight them wherever they are! I'm handicapped, but I'll still take them on!
