Good Reasons To Nuke (the United States)
News from Bangladesh ^ | Feb 28, 2007 | Yamin Zakaria

Posted on 03/01/2007 12:52:51 PM PST by 2Am4Sure

According to the doctrine of pre-emptive strike which the US has adopted since 9/11, it too can be subjected to a pre-emptive nuclear strike, as it poses a threat to other peaceful nations of the world. The US has a sordid track record for using such weapons against civilians and it has constantly maintained a large stockpile of such weapons of mass destruction, and continuously develops them. There are additional reasons to nuke the US, however I have decided to highlight only seven, which I have listed below.

This is partly for brevity and I hope it might have some resonance with the Zionist-Christian Fundamentalists, especially the nutty ones, as number 7 has significance in the Bible. Also, they are constantly yearning for the Armageddon, and nuking USA may only speed up the process, so for a change I might have these Christian-Zionists on my side! The Halleluiah brigade would probably jump up, waving their arms in the air whilst claiming to be speaking in tongues, proclaim that the good Lord says: bring it on, nuke the US for their sins! Perhaps, I would also have the communists and their variants to concur with me, as nuking the leading capitalist nation by non-state actors would seem like initiating a 21st century explosive revolution by the powerless proletariats against the capitalist class!

Hey Yamin! Nuking the US will only result in the complete and total extermination of you Muslims from this planet. Plus the places where you once where will be unihabitable for 600 years. Be careful what you wish for, numbnut!

Now consider this scenario, a Caliphate is established in the Middle East that has unified the Islamic world, it’s armed with nuclear weapons. No doubt it would be competing with the US in the international arena. Who is more like to use such weapons? Foreign policy of the Caliphate is Jihad, which is the spread of Islam, using nukes to annihilate entire section of population, would defeat that central objective of spreading the message of Islam. Nukes and Jihad does not go hand in hand unless it is entirely for defensive purpose.

Yeah - they wouldn't use nukes -

Qur’an 8:12 “I shall terrorize the infidels. So wound their bodies and incapacitate them because they oppose Allah and His Apostle.”

Qur’an 8:57 “If you gain mastery over them in battle, inflict such a defeat as would terrorize them, so that they would learn a lesson and be warned.”

"Slay them wherever you find them...Idolatry is worse than carnage...Fight against them until idolatry is no more and God's religion reigns supreme." (Surah 2:190-)

"Fighting is obligatory for you, much as you dislike it." (Surah 2:216)

"Seek out your enemies relentlessly." (Surah 4:103-)

"The Jews and Christians say: 'We are the children of God and His loved ones.' Say: 'Why then does He punish you for your sins?" (Surah 5:18)

"Believers, take neither Jews nor Christians for your friends." (Surah 5:51)

“When you meet the unbelievers in the battlefield, strike off their heads and, when you have laid them low, bind your captives firmly” (Koran 47:4).

“Fight those who believe not in Allah nor the Last Day, nor hold that forbidden which hath been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger, nor acknowledge the religion of Truth, (even if they are) of the People of the Book, until they pay the Jizya with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued” (Koran 9:29)

An enemy can set off a nuke or series of nukes in this country, but the end result will be the total and complete nuclear annihilation of whoever or whatever state was involved.

In short - if we die, you die.

Read a couple of his (Ward) Churchillian points, could very well be mistaken for nutjob leftist talking points

claims we killed 70 million native Americans.

claims we lynched blacks for centurys, which led to the death of millions of African American deaths.

Sounds like DU or daily kos krap.

When you consider the total amount of land occupied by America, any successfully devastating nuclear attack on the U.S. would by necessity have to come from China, Russia or a combination of both. Terrorists or tiny tin-pot nations might manage to pop a few in, but it would take a massive strike on a scale unimaginable before our ability to totally annihilate the aggressor was diminished.

And again, as long as we have ballistic missile submarines laying in wait for the call to arms, our ability to sterilize any country that dares go nuclear on us remains intact. It doesn't take long to come to launch depth and bring about the end of the world for our enemies.

The world has forgotten the lessons of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. That is to say, if you give us good enough reason, America is more than capable of ruining your day. It would do the world good to be painfully reminded of just why WE are a superpower.

You are assuming that the president (and Clinton would NOT) would actually want to take steps to defend America.

Rather, first press release from her office after a nuclear bomb WOULD BE this same kind of drivel ....

"OTOH, I have been unable to find any Biblical reference to our part in the Final Battle."

How about this... All Nations...

Zechariah 14:
2 For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
3 Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.
4 ¶ And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.

From this I can only assume that the US is part of "all nations". That tells me that either we will have a leader who does not support Israel, ot that it will be a UN force representing all nations that fights against Israel. For this to happen, Israel is goign to have to do something really harsh, like nuke Iran or tear down the dome of the Rock, IMHO...

Twice in the last 67 years against an enemy who attacked without warning is sordid? In spite of it saving the lives of 10's of millions of Japanese?

We wouldn't have used them at all if the Indians had gotten off their butts in WW2 and defeated the Japanese themselves. They're a lot closer.

The anti-American propaganda spewed in the Bangladeshi schools is among the most virulent and dishonest in the world. Among other things, Bangladeshi students are taught that Japan's WW2 onslaught was a noble effort to liberate Asians from European colonialism. They are specifically told that Japanesse forces never crossed the border into what was then British India (and is now Bangladesh), though, in fact, they did. Atrocities against Indian civilians and PoWs are scrupulously covered up despite Japanese admissions. There are several strands of this theme is this beast's article.

I disagree. The hildabeast is first and foremost a political animal. She has no core belief save her own lust for power. If we were attacked and the mood of the country became violent, she would have no trouble whatsoever in nuking the attacker because it would be politically expedient.
