ALEXANDRIA, VAThe Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) announced today that California Congressman Duncan Hunter will address the nations oldest and largest gathering of conservatives on Saturday, March 3, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in the Omni Shoreham Hotels Regency Ballroom in Washington D.C.
For more than a quarter of a century, Congressman Duncan Hunter has been a strong and reliable voice in the U.S. House for conservatives, fighting the good fight to keep our military up to speed, up to date, and up to the dangerous tasks our nation asks of them, said J. William Lauderback, Executive Vice President of the American Conservative Union (ACU), CPACs lead sponsor. What some conservatives may not know is that also during that quarter century Congressman Hunter has proved himself as a Member of solid conservative credentials on a host of other issues important to conservatives, as reflected by his ACU Lifetime Rating of 92. We look forward to hearing from our friend and ally, concluded Lauderback.
Lisa De Pasquale, CPAC Director added that, In addition to speeches and debates, CPAC features a Radio Row for syndicated and local talk radio shows, exhibitor booths for organizations and campaigns to recruit members and exchange ideas, a job fair and activist training opportunities. At the end of the conference the results of a straw poll will be announced indicating the conservatives choice for president in 2008, concluded De Pasquale.
Cool. I'm interested in what he has to say.
Now is his time to shine.
Any article written by Nathan Tabor should be taken with a grain of salt.

Per the CPAC schedule , Hunter will be speaking on FRiday morning not Saturday morning at 830 am. :-)
Hate to see folks miss out due either to a typo or sleight of hand.
The ACU rating of 92 ain't too shabby.
Why does his name ring a bell?
This is excellent news.
Tancredo has a 99 ACU rating. Can't wait to hear both of them.
I wonder if they'll post videos of speeches.
I wish I could be there!

He ran in fifth district against Virginia Foxx. His parents are the soy people who buy their kids way into everything...
I knew I remembered him; a real flake.
BTW, stay safe tonight.
8:30 AM Fri.
Rep. Duncan Hunter
Introduction: Van Hipp, American Defense International
I know someone who is attending the conference and he said that every GOP candidate (including potentials like Gingrich) are there - except McCain.
It's an 80.
Rating = "80"
All I can say is the other "20" sure are whooper mistakes
Very cool. Good day for Hunter, coming within 6 points of winning in Spartanburg straw poll.
I'll read this article later.
Thanks for posting that video link!
If only we could have found that video 2 days ago, Hunter would have smoked 'em clean in Spartanburg.
From what I understand and I could be wrong is Rudy will speak at 12:00 Friday and Hunter will speak at 8:30 Saturday morning. Looks like they are kissing Rudy's a$$.
Hopefully this will be on C-Span.
