FBI looks for man who held Clinton, Boxer fundraisers
The Baltimore Sun ^ | March 3, 2007 | ROBIN FIELDS AND CHUCK NEUBAUER

WASHINGTON // A Pakistani immigrant who hosted fundraisers for Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton is being sought by the FBI on allegations that he funneled illegal contributions to Clinton's political action committee and to Sen. Barbara Boxer's 2004 re-election campaign.

Authorities say Northridge, Calif., businessman Abdul Rehman Jinnah, 56, fled the country shortly after being indicted on charges of engineering more than $50,000 in illegal donations to the Democratic committees. A business associate charged as Jinnah's co-conspirator has entered a guilty plea and is scheduled to be sentenced in Los Angeles next week.

...The case has transformed Jinnah from a political point man on Pakistani issues, a man often photographed next to foreign dignitaries and U.S. leaders, into a fugitive with his mug shot on the FBI's most-wanted list.

Jinnah's profile peaked in 2004 and 2005 as he wooed members of Congress to join a caucus advancing Pakistani concerns and brought Clinton to speak to prominent Pakistani-Americans, lauding their homeland's contributions to the war on terrorism and calling relations with Pakistan beneficial to U.S. interests.

...Authorities say that from June 2004 to February 2005, Jinnah directly or indirectly solicited contributions from more than a dozen "conduits," reimbursing them with funds from his company, All American Distributing, a seller of cell phone service and accessories.

The scheme allowed Jinnah to get around limits then in effect on individual donors of $5,000 per year to PACs and $2,000 per election to candidates, as well as the ban on using corporate money for political donations.

...The indictment, handed down last May without a press release, mentions only the initials of the committees that received the illegal donations, referring to them as "HP" and "FB." However, the charging document filed against Jinnah's co-conspirator, Stuart Schoenburg, identifies one of the committees as HILLPAC, ..

Paging San Fran Nan. Please pick up the rainbow colored courtesy phone. Hypocrite one and all.

Just which party were you talking about being the "culture of corruption" during the last election? You had better take a real good look in a mirror.

He's dead, Jin.

This fundraiser is another in a long line of foreign help that Democrats have used over the years. A few testified before congress but most ran away and fled the country so they would not testify. Charlie Trie used relatives to write $10,000 checks. Gardeners carried money for Riady's to Clinton. They even used shopping bags to bring cash to the Clintons. What happened to Riady and Lippo Group? Nothing. Nothing will come of this because it has all been taken care of by the Democrats. Our justice system is not capable of going after major donor corruption. Criminal activity by Clintons regarding campaign money is accepted and expected. Nobody cares. Same for Gore

Subject: Hillary mention in your article

Hello, Robin. I read your article
FBI looks for man who held Clinton, Boxer fundraisers

You mentioned the David Rosen trial, but unfortunately you left out the most important trial of all. Paul v Clinton will be in Los Angeles Superior Court this year. An appellate court will soon determine whether Hillary is brought back in as a defendant.

I am doing a documentary film about Hillary's campaign finance fraud that began in 2000 and continues to this day. I have been at all of the hearings in Paul v Clinton and, although I invited Times reporters to attend, none ever have attended. Are you aware that defendant Bill Clinton had a trial date set for March 27, 2007? Your paper did not report that. That date has now been delayed pending the appeal regarding Hillary, but I would have thought it might have been worthy of a story.

Are you aware that Hillary has filed four false FEC reports? Her treasurer made a conciliation agreement with the FEC in Dec. 2005, admitting to underreporting by $721K. Are you aware that Hillary's latest fraudulent report was filed in Jan. 2006 after the agreement with the FEC? Are you aware that Spiderman creator Stan Lee is listed as a $225K donor? I spoke with him last April, and he was shocked to learn that Hillary reported that. She knows better. I have seen Stan's video deposition in which he swears he GAVE NO MONEY.

Peter Paul will be proving in court the Clintons role in the collapse of Stan Lee Media. Are you aware that Bill Clinton's business advisor and agent Jim Levin secretly flew to Japan to steal SLM's Japanese investor and partner Tendo Oto? Oto had already contributed $5 mil for the Japanese joint venture with SLM in Aug. 2000. He promised another $5-7 mil in November for the American joint venture, VentureSoft. Unfortunately, Clinton and Levin made their own deal with Oto that was recorded in Illinois just six days after Hillary's election. Go find it. It's of public record. SLM had a severe cash crunch in November 2000. When Oto's promised $5-7 mil did not come because of Clinton's interference, the public company failed.

World Net Daily did the story of the historic appellate brief and cited significant violations of the law by Hillary. Is there a reason you will not do this part of the story? Are journalists either so enamored with or frightened of Hillary that they refuse to do real reporting? This story is going to shake up the 2008 presidential election. Someone is going to win a Pulitizer for it. Maybe it could be you.

READ THE APPELLATE BRIEF -- http://www.hillaryproject.com/index.php?/shadedgrey/pp_appeal_1_11_index/

Peter Paul has extensive home video. Hillary's declaration presented to Judge Aurelio Munoz on April 7, 2006 is going to be shown to be a work of fiction. In fact, her lies are setting up her own daughter to have to commit perjury for her to protect her political future.

Just for fun, this will get you up to speed regarding the collapse of Stan Lee Media - http://youtube.com/watch?v=LUWlxc7h5AI

If you are ready to do some real reporting, I will be pleased to be of assistance.

Oh boy, I can't wait for the AP, the New York Times, and CNN to pick up on this! We have to rely on the Baltimore Sun to report this? Well, of course, our lousy Democrat lying liberal news media only reports Republican scandals.

It's always a wonder why the recipients themselves of illegal campaign contributions aren't held liable.

Hey, you never know. A post yestesday said a court held that [unsolicited] email containing child porn was grounds for a search warrant.

Shouldn't recipients of illegal campaign funds be held to the same standard under equal protection?

Help me out here, I'm turning blue from holding my breath...

Hate to sound like an old sourpuss, but perjury is completely acceptable in the courts these days.
