The identity of the shooters was unknown, and Prince George's police released few details about the incident. But sources close to the investigation and to Joyal said two men accosted Joyal as he stood in the driveway of his home, then shot him once in the groin...

That's not a robbery. That's something personal. Whoever shot this guy did it for who he was, not what he had, and they did it to send a message.

Pretty ballsy move, Putin. Are we going to let it stand?

" Pretty ballsy move, Putin. Are we going to let it stand?"

Or another way of putting it - is Bush willing to start a public spat with russia over this while he is also trying to get them to play the UN go-along song on Iran? I bet Russia thinks he won't do anything publicly. No idea what an appropriate covert response would be as part of the problem is the message russia apparently has free reign to send without public smackdown.

The odds of this being random must be somewhere in the 1/1,000,000 range or lower, yet the major media, if they touch this story, will say it was just that.

Yep, we are. The entire west has been neutered long since. And we will let Iran get nukes. And we will let them use them, too.
