Made it home in about an hour only to discover I left my purse. I'm such a dork! Hubby and I had a terrific time. What an experience to put faces with names. You are all so terrific. What a blessing.

Hi Lori. I have problems driving at night as well. We left before the sun was completely down. But now I have to go get my purse - dragging hubby along as navigator. It was a GREAT party. Enjoyed talking with everyone. SandyinSeattle is quite a musician.

Don't forget the carrot cake in the freezer... it needs to be sliced, then thawed for about 20 minutes.

I have problems driving at night as well.

I waited too long and had to white knuckle it back over the narrows. As long as there's a car in front of me I can follow it, but if I'm the lead car it gets ugly.

Glad you're safe. We made it over the bridges before it got dark. My night vision is horrible from snow blindness in my teens. I was the one who hated to wear goggles when I skiied. Oh well. Wasn't that fun today?

Nobody had a better time than I did, 'cept maybe Mindy, the queen of cuddles & leftovers. Thank you all, we are blessed....and I finally get to take down all those lights!!!!!

For tonight, they stay lit, if for no other reason than seeing if I can trick my neighbors into putting theirs back up (you can't buy a calendar round these parts unless you can afford the bus ride to town, AND know their phone number to come pick you up!)

Hope everyone made it home OK. I thumped a deer tonight but neither it nor my car was seriously damaged. Now I got deer hair on my bumper. Bummer.
