One merely needs a good blowtorch, preferably of oxygen variety, and some casting flux. Casting silver alloys is easier than gold ones, or, heaven help us, platinum. Silver ones melt lower. And as for the bullet configuration - dum-dum, with a cross-shaped perpendicular cuts in the nose.

Remember, those are unlawful in the state of California to
take vampires at any time, including self defense.
Non-lethal methods must be used so the vampire can receive the treatment it is so desperately crying out for.
Note, stakes CAN be used but only during "primitive" hunts.
