Ron Paul ping.
The only non-restriction on congress is travel. Congress is full of excuses for not supplying our military in the field, and congress is guilty of not taking care of our military wounded. Congress should be ashamed of themselves, but I bet they aren't, for I don't believe congress works for the better of the nation.....I've seen too much to show me congress hates this nation, congress hates this nation's military, and congress hates this nation's people. I wish I could have a more positive attitude about congress, but I find nothing to be positive of, when congress is in session.
Bttt
Videos aside, wouldn't Ron Paul have insisted on COMPLETE privatization of Walter Reed (assuming he would even approve of its establishment in the first place) ?
I don't know. He's not an anarchist. Perhaps he would pay soldiers more so they could purchase insurance in the competitive market....but he is certainly no fan of "privatization" in the form of monopoly contracts a la Halliburton.
"I've seen too much to show me congress hates this nation, congress hates this nation's military, and congress hates this nation's people. "
No, I think you have it wrong. POLITICIANS DON'T CARE ABOUT THE COUNTRY. It is the rare exception to find a politician on either side that cares about the nation.
The politicians in office have 2 concerns:
#1 - How best to enrich themselves.
#2 - How best to be reelected to continue #1.
BOTH sides.

Veterans should be sent to the same hospitals and care providers as our elected elite in congress presently use and all elected members of congress and their 'homies' (aides, employees and other parasites) should be required to use the VA system.
Another speech from another congressional blow hard long on words and short on solutions. Who is he talking to (performing for)? What's his point?
You don't know much about Ron Paul, do you? Like him or hate him, the word "another" is about the last word describe Paul in relation to other members of congress.
I listened to what he had to say. What else do I need to know. Should I move in with him for a week?
