Interesting. Not familiar with Obey, Diana. Any insight would be appreciated.

He called US military wounded, "Victims of the war"
They do not seem to understand these are GROWN MEN with more courage per soldier than all the Democrats in Congress combined.

Useful idiot alert!

Gotta lay down with the dog that bit you.
Wait. That's not right.
Oh well. Whatever, it's fun to watch. :-)

When the term "liberal idiot" comes up, the first (well, second or maybe sixth after Feingold, Kohl, Baldwin, Moore, and Kagen) thing that comes to mind is David Obey.

Cause, meet effect. Liberals get so annoyed when they find out how brain-dead stupid their constituency is.

This is the kind of stuff you hear in the 3rd grade playground. Thanks libs for being adults and thanks to all other libs that voted them in positions of power.

If these groups would inform people before they hit the Hill
Translated:
It is not fair when people engage us without giving us a chance to gather our talking points , brainstorm our sound bytes and craft a murky response that says nothing but blames the right. (Even if we agree with them)

The Democrats can do NOTHING, without 60 votes in the Senate.

Rep. Obey does have a temper. He has held "listening sessions" in his district but his view of these sessions are: you shut up and listen to me.
To: radar101
I'm very offended that Congressman Obey used the term "idiot liberals."
First of all, a noun shouldn't modify another noun in most cases. Second, it's redundant.
