cool...let's see if they get the "Berger" treatment.
Slap on the wrist, $10,000 dollar fine, and get to go back to work there after 3 years.

We had a guy who worked in Loss Prevention, of all places, selling store items on EBay, using his company email address. What a genius.

Berger actions were worse. He stole Top Secret docs. And stuck them under a trailer on the street. He should never get another clearance to come in contact with any classified document.

I imagine the War Depat. announcement of President Lincoln's death brought a pretty penny.

He should never get another clearance to come in contact with any classified document...if there ever should be an investigation into federal prosecutors, ya think this case should have been looked into?...it ain't gonna happen

Good morning.
"...it ain't gonna happen"
That, alongwith the persecution of the BP guys and Deputy Sheriffs along the border is the real reasons for getting a new Attorney General, not the firings of the attorneys.

Denning McTague, 40, of Philadelphia, has helped officials recover most of the missing items and plans to plead guilty, his lawyer said. Why not all of them?
This clown should do serious time for this sort of crime, even if Sandy Burglar did not. Justice would demand that the Burglar should also be doing serious time...
