Thank you so much daybreakcoming!
Yes, 'a gathering of Eagles'.
Mike just called and I happily reported to him that for once our side was there in force and got some coverage....he'll be home tomorrow and then off again Monday to Fort Shelby, Mississppi to help arrange for his troops deployment there....he's been home 4 days in the last 30...getting ready to deploy in June....
That doesn't surprise me about Patty's office.....Durbin's office hangs up on me...lol
Let me jump in with the rest of us who couldn't be there today and say thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you.
This really meant alot. You all went once more into the breach for this country. There are no words.
Gotta read this....http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1802524/posts
Well, I'm back home. Tired, cold, but elated.
WELCOME HOME HERO
Got home about an hour ago.....cold, muddy and with a heart BURSTING with pride! The entire day was absolutely magnificent. So many patriots were there! The moonbats just didn't know how to deal with that..lol!
What a collection of fruits and nuts they are.
Without a doubt one of the best days I've EVER had!
God Bless America! And God Bless our BRAVE TROOPS and VETS!
Check out the pictures from the Denver GOE thread:
I think "we the people" have finally had enough.
Hopefully, Americans will wake up and stay awake. But, mostly, I pray Americans will STAND UP for our veterans, all military now serving, and especially, for the future of our great country.
A big hello to Mike.
i JUST READ THE AP write up...just unbelievable...
"thousands of anti war demonstrators...' a whole article and ONE LINE on the pro war Freepers.
I give up!
CNN has a 'quick vote' on their website that reads: (I'm sure it is in response to the protests today)
Have you changed your mind about whether the Iraq war was worthwhile since the 2003 invasion?
67 voted NO
33 voted YES
That raised an eye brow.
Thank you so much for being there Coop!
Thank you for the ping Star!
It's sad, isn't it. I wrote in to a few news sites asking them to cover the GOE, including Drudge. Fox had pretty good coverage on TV today, that was good. But, I was shocked also that Drudge didn't mention it at all. He's definitely been falling short.
I was thinking the same thing. God bless every one who was there to stand up for our troops and victory. I would have loved to be there with you.
Know that without you there, the troops would only get news and feeds of the useless idiots. Seeing you will help morale, and that's the least we can do, eh? They are over there fighting the enemy for us. It's good we can fight the enemy within for THEM!
Thank you all SO VERY MUCH!
