In other words, she is a typical political prisoner.
This is the same psycho-babble the Soviets used to use. The Marxists had a special "diagnosis" of "sluggish schizophrenia" that was used on all freedom loving anti-communists.
While better than shooting them in a firing squad, the Soviets would involutarily hospitalize the political prisoners and pump them full of Haldol.
The German doctors here (are they psychologists?) are guilty of profound human rights violations.

Psycho babble with authority, that is. Just listen to this: an oppositional denial-syndrome. Melissa lacks insight into her illness and the need for treatment, and considers herself healthy and her behaviour fully normal.
