AL Gore compares his efforts to the movie "300"

Posted on 03/21/2007 7:24:08 AM PDT by Maneesh

I'm watching the hearings on Global Warming on C-SPAN and The Goracle is testifying. He just compared what people leading the global warming crusade to what the Spartans did in the movie "300" to save democracy ! Gore truly believes that this so called crisis is as serious as the existential threat faced by the Spartans against the Persians in ancient Greece. This is total arrogance and delusional behaviour.

Esssentially his whole testimony is creating the emotions to respond to global warming. There is no discussion at all about the science of global warming. he also just cited his 566,000 signatures on his website.

And of course he just talking about the children and grand children............. I can't take it anymore I have to shut off C-SPAN.

Somebody might want to remind fat Albert that the Greeks actually showed up in time to face the enemy.

"AL Gore compares his efforts to the movie "300""

Perfect. An overblown, hyperbolic comic book.

Gore is both insane and stupid.

If he's been right about anything in his life...it's been by complete accident.

The most frightening thing about Al Gore is the number of people willing to actually listen to him.

The Goracle wants to freeze CO2 levels and reduce levels by 90% by 2050. He also said that he wants the tax code to be based on pollution taxes. The uber-socialist.
