President Bush Welcomed Prime Minister Clark of New Zealand to the White House and met with her in the Oval Office. The text of their remarks can be found HERE.
Today is the "traditional" FIRST DAY of SRING. In celebration of Spring, two photos from 2006.
Pink Laura Bush tulips bloom in the East Garden. The tulip was named in the First Lady’s honor April 22, 2004.
Miss Beazley and Barney tip toe through the tulips in the East Garden of the White House.

Now, I ask you all...isn't this the smile of a guy who can put everything in perspective? A man who is able to secretly focus on the fly fishing he'll be able to finally do soon, instead of getting all caught up in the Dems idiocy???

I like the Laura tulips too. I didn't plant any bulbs this year, but there's several that have already broken ground. I find that amazing.

I thought I heard somewhere that it was 2...but with her height, I'm thinking the lowest I'd guess would be a 4.
I give her a lot of credit, because I would think it would be easy to eat "easy" foods that aren't good for you, instead of taking good care of your "shell," as she obviously does.

I was so sick all day today reading from the mainline online media breathlessly reporting about the subpoena's for Rove and who is it? the President's attorney - the one that was nominated for Supreme Court? Anyway - I was just SICK to read about it all day and will not watch ONE SECOND of coverage of this idiotic "investigation" into nothing.
I will let the White House know I am fully behind the PResident to totally resist the Demonrats' tactics and take it right to the Supreme court to do so!
