I know what Savage is talking about with the doozey headaches. I've had some good ones myself in the last few weeks. Mine are sometimes precipated by going to bed too late the night before and not drinking enough water--that's my guess anyway.

I ate out last week and had a horrible gastro-intestinal problem that lasted two days. I'm thinking it was either from the Mexican restaurant that previous Sunday or from the McDonalds' fish burger that Monday. It got me good. During it, I swore I would not eat out anymore, but I've already broken that pledge.

By the way, if Canada or Mexico wanted to join the USA, then THAT would be something to consider, but they would have to realize that they would be joining an established system, with a superior governmental operating philosophy. Their systems would not be considered to be on an equal footing with the United States, and they would enter the Union as many other territories have done in the past.

Hello Tark--yes YIKES to those leg cramps. I've gotten those leg cramps too--either from stretching my leg during sleep or during the day trying to get in some weird position to reach for something or bending my leg in some funky position. Right before I do it, I know what's going to happen but it's too late by then.
