Thursday evening, at a celebrity-packed dinner and gala celebrating the Media Research Centers 20th anniversary, MRC President Brent Bozell presented Rush Limbaugh with the MRCs first annual "William F. Buckley Jr. Award for Media Excellence," recognizing Limbaughs "outstanding leadership in the conservative movement, defending and advancing conservative principles through the media." Media Research Institute Gala Ping!
I hope it doesn't go to his head. I'd hate to think that Rush might get all puffed up with ego.
If I was granted one wish of who I could spend an afternoon with, it would be Rush. I'd love to go to his house and watch a game in his media room, have one of those great hot dogs he's always talking about and popcorn from his Industrial size movie theater popcorn machine.
It's odd the things you come up with when you have so much free time on your hands!
That is not ego my FRiend.

I know what you mean. I find myself being
jealous of his family members. Rush could
have a lot of fun adopting fans for a day.
Yup, Hildy, that would be interesting. I haven't pick up a golf club in four years, used to be a scratch golfer but stopped playing when the knee pain got to be too much ... but I'd dust off the clubs and clean the spikes to have an opportunity to ride around a golf course with Rush, chasing the little white orb.
Good for Rush.
