When your father was honored with the Keeper of the Flame Award at the Center for Security Policy, there was apparently a really nice video shown that had been made by Renegade Productions, which was a memorial to the late Caspar Weinberger.

Did you see it? Is it possible to get copies of that?

In keeping with the inquisitive spirit, here are my questions:

1. When is Duncan Hunter going to begin his campaign in earnest?

2. Why hasn't Duncan Hunter responded to those who have volunteered to assist?

3. What is Duncan Hunter's plan to catch up his fund-raising with the other front-runners?

"Here you have a guy who was on his way to kill 5,000 Americans, and we have people complaining because he had a dog bark at him in Guantanamo."

Excellent. Just excellent. He needs to be the GOP candidate so he can show the idiocy of the Demonrats. We have not had as great a candidate like this since Reagan.

I noticed this post from Sam on a similar question on volunteers.

Sam: If you want some information on volunteering for dad, call the campaign office at 619-463-3896 and give them your address. They will send you a package with a volunteer card at your request. Thank you.

This is one of the things I love about Hunter. He is not afraid to say what needs to be said on any topic from the war on terror to immigration. He doesn't mince words to be politically correct or pander votes. He believes what he says he believes and he stands for what he believes in.

I signed up via e-mail and via Hunter's website---that should have been the equivalent of calling the office---no response.

LOL, I am trying folks. I am now volunteering in my father’s campaign office and I have not seen my father for about two months, whether or not I get to speak to him about FR questions depends on what time I get a hold of him or if he is busy doing radio shows....on the house floor....etc. When I do get him on the phone I am lucky to be able to get one or two questions answered, if they are simple ones. I'm not posting this to complain, I am having the time of life answering questions and meeting new people, so your questions will be answered, even if you have to re-post them, but I am extremely busy so please have patience.

Sincerely,

Your very own DH ambassador.

That looks to me like it was from a previous Iraq visit, although I am not 100% sure. I can probably find out from the office.

Duncan Hunter’s position is that Iran cannot and will not be allowed to acquire nuclear weapons. Sanctions should be used to the greatest possible extent, but the military option must be retained and used if necessary.

Duncan Hunter believes in maximizing U.S production and exploration, in all states including Alaska. Furthermore he believes that American refinery capacity should be increased. Beyond that, U.S. innovation should be applied to stand up many sources of energy, including nuclear.

Duncan Hunter is a co-sponsor of the Fair Tax bill. It would eliminate the $250 billion plus overhead cost that Americans pay for the maintenance of the present IRS system. Furthermore, the Fair Tax would help to balance the current tax regime in world trade that is presently slanted against American exporters.

Speaking as a son who made it to Eagle Scout, I am proud to say that my father has defended the Boy Scouts against many liberal attacks and will continue to do so. This post is a great opportunity to let everyone know that my father only made it to 2nd Class, but don’t tell him that I told you. LOL!

LOL! That's OK. I spent 3 years in the 82nd Airborne and 14 years in Boy Scouts, and I still stink at tying knots!

My father has been campaigning like mad in the early primary states. Any person that signs up to volunteer on the website, or through calling the office, will receive a package with more information. Lastly, it is up to those who believe in what my father stands for to send him contributions to help him with his fund-raising.

If you send me your information in a Freepmail, I will personally send you a volunteer package. Everyone that signs up on the website should be receiving a package in the mail. As of right now we are mostly using the volunteers in the early primary states. Sorry the inconvenience.
