I didn’t realize that we all had to be in agreement with one another 100 percent of the time....when was this rule implemented and by whom? How come I wasn’t notified????? Savage’s indicators is Talk Radio Network, which is run by one of my heroes, the legendary Roy Masters. Roy just had his problems with KLAA, and he took his own show off that station about two weeks ago. In any event, a TRN and KLAA connection already exists - seems like Savage will benefit from this and KLAA will benefit from this, except for those days when MLB preempts him (only maybe 1 in 10 days, I think, for 1/2 the year, so it’s not so bad).
I agree Savage being live in a powerful station in a major market like LA is excellent. Still, I am very confident it didn’t go down very well at KRLA (and elsewhere around the nation).
Savage lurks here by the way, I have insisted many times, and by the way and just said he hates the name ‘Hitman.’ I think my evaluation struck a nerve with him today, because it’s probably fairly close to what’s bugging him today. Hahaha ;-)

I took some heat on the board early on when these segments started a month or more ago. I had the minority position that they clearly are spliced in with Savage comments, they are unintentionally hilarious to me.

So you don't agree with what President Bush said regarding Pelosi's trip to Damascus? I thought it was one of the best things he's said in a long time. He at least recognizes Syria as an enemy. At least give him that!
Roy Masters' show runs on donations, Savage's does not. Roy Masters altho still on KRLA tape delayed was/is not happy about being put on tape delay when it happened and had hope for KLAA as a live alternative. Not sure why it failed.
KRLA after years of having Roy Masters on live is obviously going in a different direction now. Oh well business is business, maybe eventually they'll go Spanish.
