Just recently? What was the reason given?

Savage lost his affiliate up here in the Seattle area for about a week in 2001 right after the Chinese forced our spy plane down. He called for us to nuke China off the face of the map, and he called for it repeatedly. I guess he wasn't thinking about the fact that China has a ICBM-nuclear arsenal of their own, and that Savage's city of residence (San Francisco) was well within striking range.
Anyway, he was back on shortly after an apology.

Total speculation on my part.
I assume either low ratings or management finally became digusted with Weiner’s schtick or some combination of both.
KRLA, the station Weiner no longer is on, has put together a great programming schedule. Weiner’s show doesn’t belong or fit in with the center-right(and sane) line-up of Bennett-Ingraham-Prager-Medved-Hewitt-Miller.
