“Who appointed Nancy Palosi as President while I was asleep?”

Those republicans who stayed at home during the elections because they felt betrayed by the republicans. Now they know what it is like to be betrayed by the democrats. It is as simple as that. As obnoxious as it may be, the American electorate must learn to vote for the lesser of two evils.

I just caught the tail-end of Fox's Niel Cavuto show where he had the perky blonde dem spinster on talking about this.

Her defense for this trivial change seemed to be that the American people (ha, it's all really about the dems and getting permanent control, but I digress) need to know where the money is being allocated. She seemed to be saying that (paraphrasing), 'The American people need to know where the money is going; not just into a vast action call The Global War on Terror.'

I took away from this ditzo's reasoning that legislation/expenditures would have to be damned near itemized which would make it easy for the enemy to gain intelligence on our strategy.

Btw, does anyone know when the 'pubs are going to fight back like something important is at stake?

“Why do the Dems insist on isolating the war in Iraq from the rest of the threat?

Their goal is to craft an atmosphere where they can attack the War in Iraq (ie. GWB), but claim “Patriotism” when they tacitly support the War in Afghanistan. To have their cake, the two must be seperated. The Global War On Terror combines the two wars into one.

P.S.

Robert The Bruce (Sr.)

“We will embrace this rebellion. You will support it from our lands in the north. I will gain English favor by condemning it, and ordering it opposed from our lands in the south. Sit down. Stay a while.”

It continues to be the Global War on Terror no matter what the dems choose to call it. Their refusal to include the battle in Iraq as part of the WOT indicates their awareness of its importance to the overall success of this fight for survival.

Thanks to you and Derek for your commitment to our national security.
