I think in a decent world such stuff wouldn’t be for sale but but since we have the arbiters of freedom like Larry Flynt to thank for the redefinition of the scope of “freedom of speech” what can we do? Would they be bringing him up on charges of rape? Probably not. For all the talk on this thread about what his incarceration would be like for him, I imagine that with all his money ($29 million a year!) he wouldn’t have to surrender. He could charter a jet and go somewhere else to live. Not everyone is as in love with America as we are, and I don’t suppose a sleazeball like this is excessively lumbered with patriotism or honor.

The girls that "go wild" require no more than a string of beads ("coin of the realm" during spring break) to entice them to show their stuff and most of the time it happens without encouragement. They always do it, but some people wanted to make some buck$ from videotaping it and merchandising it via late night cable TV.

Apparently most of the people commenting on this thread either didn't the story or have little knowledge about the legal system in this country. First, this guy is not up on criminal charges. This is a civil lawsuit, not a criminal prosecution. The judge issued a contempt order. You don’t go to prison for contempt of court, though you might go to jail. Then again the judge' contempt order could be vacated on appeal. Anyway a guy who is worth hundreds of millions and parties with Snoop Dog isn't going to have any problems making friends if he did land in jail for a few days. Hell, he would be a celeb.

The fact that there is no criminal prosecution here suggests that there is probably no criminal case. I would imagine a guy smart enough to creat a multi-million dollar soft-core porn empire is smart enough to get good legal advice to cover his ass. I remember the case of the Mitchell Bros in San Francisco who were arrested for having underage girls in their (hard-core) porn flicks. The charges were thrown out when they produced photo-copies of the fake IDs the girls gave them when they applied for the job. Now if these various underage girls are out drinking and exposing themselvs, it wouldn’t surprise me if they were using fake IDs as well.

This guy is a sleazeball, but I find it extremely difficult to blame him for the fact that these girls willingly engage in this behavior, in public. I will not absolve them of the responsibility for their own actions and act as if this problem would go away if only this one guy were locked up. What I really wish is that women would behave with a little more self-respect, and that parents would raise their children better.

The storm trooper holding the machine gun on little Elian as Elian cried did not look like he hated doing the job. In fact he relished it. He got to dress up in full riot gear.. including all his body armor and black ninja clothes and got to hold a gun on a kid.

Go back and look at the pictures. He was in heaven. He loves any time he can dress up and feel like a storm trooper.

He certainly did a good job of protecting this country from a frightened threat of a child.
