Even if Gore and his fellow idiots in the scamscientific community were absolutely correct in their hysterical rantings, their worst nightmare scenario would still be Edenly, compared to the alternatives they propose.
The fittest will survive whatever comes, while the wimpy @$$ed alarmists such as Albert, perish. And “frankly my dear.....I don’t give a damn”.

Elmer Gantry: Just when you think Gore is rightly and fully discredited, he emerges as a new thought evangelist with even more status then before. Good comparison, wish I had thought of it.

Let’s see. Here in flyover country we had 3-4 inches of rain last weekend. Now we’re having snow flurries in April - our normal temps in April are in the mid-70s during the days and mid-50s at night. Perhaps I’m missing the big picture.

The local nightly news ran with this story, as well as PBS.
It’s clear to see the start of income redistribution to the poor countries near the equator...
Guess where the money will come from??

Africa by 2020 is looking at an additional 75 million to 250 million people going thirsty because of climate change, the report said. Deadly diarrheal diseases associated with floods and droughts will increase in Asia because of global warming, the report said. Bookmarked for 2020.

You can't believe anything "scientist" Stephen Schneider says about climate. Here's my favorite quote from him:
"To capture the public imagination, we have to offer up some scary scenarios, make simplified dramatic statements and little mention of any doubts one might have. Each of us has to decide the right balance between being effective, and being honest."
-Leading greenhouse advocate, Dr Stephen Schneider ( in interview for "Discover" magagzine, Oct 1989)

Predictions are that the all-time recorded low for April 7 of 25 degrees...will be solidly busted by a low of 19 degrees in the early morning hours. If CO2 levels have increased the amount of radiated heat that is being trapped within our atmosphere, we should not be setting record lows. But we are.
Also, warmer ocean water leads to more evaporation and more rain. It rains much more in the tropics then is does up in the higher latitudes. That is why the extensive rain forests tend to located nearer the equator, which receives more sun energy and is hotter.

I am sorry. I have to agree with this. More people are going to die from drought. Of course on the flip side, more people are going to drown because of the poles melting.
So, here is a solution. Build global desalinization plants in Africa. That will take care of the drought. With water levels dropping there, the poles melting will make up for it.
All the rich libs can fund the plant by giving some of their money to the cause. This way the can feel good about themselves and redistribute their wealth for the good of mankind.
I could care less about what they want to do with their money. Just stay away from mine.
