It's going to be interesting to see what the Dem talking points on Pelosi's trip will be.

I wonder how much influence these shows really have anymore. Back in the day when there were only three broadcast networks and before 24/7 cable news and the Internet came along, they used to set the agenda for political discussions during the week. But now? They offer only light political amusement.

Pelosi seminar callers are flooding cpsan this morning, heard two who are using the feminist dogma of “men don’t like strong woman” to defend her female dogness and incompetent behavior.

Pelosi is going to use the fact she is a female to try and hide. IOW-she can’t hack criticism which is on point.

The MSM thinks the liberal left wing view is the majority of the nation. They need to the the red blue COUNTY map.

FNC even makes the equal number effort but FNC thinks that a fair story means equal time. The fact is a true and accurate story is unfair and unbalanced. Pelosi’s fiasco trip has to be reported as such because it is not only accurate it is fair TO THE TRUTH.

The network sunday news shows are the “people magazine” for those interested in politics. No substance, just personality driven fluff.

Significant stories are the exception not the rule.

The shows have become irrelevant, mostly because they are so cookie-cutter. The bottom seems to have been hit when ABC hired George S.

Based on how ABC is willing to ride the storm surrounding Rosie O'Donnell because ratings are so important, it's surprising that none of the majors have gone conservative, just to be the only one on that side. Fox used to be a conservative show, but they seem to suffer from the Republican disease of not wanting to offend any liberal.

Oh, well. This thread is always more interesting, and I don't even have to channel surf when a caveman tries to sell me insurance.

I sent in an email to ask a question, but my email was not read on air. I was amazed at the lack of knowledge by the host — not once did anyone ask the dem rep to explain Tom Lantos’s statement...that in fact, the dems were pursuing an alternative foreign policy. They are backtracking big time by continuing to reference the President, I think they realize what fools they made of themselves, but will use the media, to spin this into a Bush disaster, rather than a Pelosi disaster. This time it won’t work however, when USA Today and the WAPO criticize Pelosi, its apparent that they went over the line. Now we need to make sure that Republicans carry that message loud and clear — Pelosi went over the line, she violated the Logan act, and someone should take action.

I've heard folks I know who aren't interested in politics taking shots at Pelosi this week. She's really bleeped up big time.

Indeed she has! Her "scarf wearing out in public in terrorism land"(syria) will supply us with much needed ammo for years to come. And Hannitys phrase the Damascus Diva will live on beyond Piglosi's remaining years.

Its' nice to see that the dems continue in their self destruction mode left on their own.

True. Before too long sadly I think if there’s a story done about a Holocaust survivor they’ll have to interview a denier just to be “balanced”.
