An update from snugs about her dad...for those who didn't see it on the long Friday/Saturday thread.Spent the afternoon with dad, he was fairly bright and chatty though in pain for most of the afternoon but as we got towards early evening and he was tiring the pain sort of took over.
The main pain is the elbow which is the more difficult to control with medication plus also at present they do not want to sling it and immobilize it until some of the swelling has gone down which will be about 48 hours.
I would ask for your prayers that he may get some sleep and rest tonight which is what he needs to fight the pain again tomorrow, also that the pain may lessen in the elbow. One plus in his oxygen levels (because of the op and asthma) being a bit low they have given him some oxygen at various times today so that will speed up the healing process.
I am at a friend's this evening so will not be around but please ping or freep me regarding the toaster winner and I will do that tomorrow night when I return from the hospital.
Dolly have got singles ping covered as well will do that when I get back from the hospital. Take care all have a great Easter Sunday evening and see you tomorrow.
