More Americans killed by illegal aliens than Iraq war, study says

When you start digging into the numbers the only ones that can be sourced with the feds are the number of American murdered in 2005: 16692
I have seen federal numbers for illegals held in jail ranging from 19.3% to 27% of the federal prison population. Here's a sampling of USA cities wanted for murder. What you'll see is that in big USA cities like LA or NYC most of the murderers are Hispanic. Unknown are the % of illegals. In smaller cities the FBI will post the nationalities of the murderers. About 25% of the most wanted are illegals wanted for murder. This number agrees with the percentage of illegals incarcerated in federal prisons. +-25%

Pictures of top 10 most wanted in LA. Up until recent stories about crime in LA posted by the LA Times--the pictures included the nationality of the murderers. They were all foreign nationals and mostly Mexican.

Wanted for Murder in New York City.

Chicago wanted for Murder

Philadelphia wanted for murder

New Orleans wanted for Murder

Pictures of suspects wanted for murder in Washington DC

FBI USA 10 most wanted. (two of 10 are Mexican nationals)

There are currently no exact numbers on the number of Americans killed by illegals. Part of the reason is that the government deliberately obscures the number. I talked on the phone with the head of statistics for the US Bureau of Prisons. He said his office wasn't allowed to publish the number of illegal alien murderers. Rather they were forced to put legal and non legal residents in the same category. I talked to ICE. They put out detailed numbers on illegal child molestors. However, they put out nothing on illegal murderers.

Part of the reason for the silence on the matter is that there is evidence to suggest that most Americans being killed by illegals are black--as is the suggestion in this LA Times Article.

All that said, it could be argued that if you include the number of illegals in state and local prisons the number of illegals in jail shrinks to 6% of the total prison population. Never the less if you multiply 16692 (the number of americans murdered in 2005) * .06 (illegal alien percent of total prison population) * 4 (the number of years the US has been in Iraq). The result is that more americans (4006) have been killed by illegals than have been killed in the Iraq war. This point needs to be hammered home. Just as the liberals have hammered home the point about americans killed in Iraq.

" The likelihood of any illegal aliens being prosecuted is "to me, practically zero," said Kathleen Walker, president-elect of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Thanks to the unending efforts of people like her, who have turned on their fellow citizens and are doing everything in their power to defend these parasites so that the Kathleen Walkers of the world have an unlimited pool of clients. These people disgust me.

Prosecuted? Hardly. Try protected by “presidential decree”.

“...well if we prosecute them, how are they going to vote liberal Democrat?”

The Dems have figured out how to make dead people cast votes. Surely they can pull of getting votes from folks who are alive and living in other countries.

“Those 5.2 million aliens were simply escorted back across the Rio Grande and turned loose.”

I wouldn’t have that much of a problem with this...EXCEPT, we don’t have a secure border to make sure they stay out !!! Damn!

The Dems in Maryland figured out how to arrange things so illegals can vote, and they did vote, and look at what Maryland got.

Apparently, the President has decreed that the U.S. is a "sanctuary" nation.

I think it out to be an automatic year in prison if you are caught coming back across.

A year in prison costs taxpayers about $40,000. A year each for these 5.2 million invaders would have cost taxpayers about 200 billion dollars.

In other news, water is still wet and this past Easter was still cold.

This is a problem that Bush and the Republican Party have created by virtue of the fact that Bush has insisted on ignoring the problem. We are well past being able to ignore it, but Bush, despite being continually told that the majority of Americans oppose amnesty, continues to ignore the problem.

Someone needs to tell Rove to tell Bush that ignoring the problem isn't making it go away and it isn't working! So far, he has failed to get this message.

The numbers would not be near that high. If I knew that , instead of a free ride home, I was going to jail, I would think twice about it.

This reminds me of being in a boat with a big hole in the bottom. We can bail night and day and still not get the water out unless we stop up the hole first.

We don’t generally prosecute and jail people for crossing the border illegally.

We are supposed to take their fingerprints, and if they are caught entering again they are supposed to be prosecuted. It would cost too much, and take up too much jail space, to prosecute them and jail them.

And it would be stupid to give them a court date for a future time without imprisoning them, because then they would have an obligation to stay in the country for their trial date.

Well, you can’t very easily put 5 million people in jail, just like that.

But they need to do something. Most obviously, they need to jail the people who hire these illegals and stop giving them aid and welfare. If they can’t find jobs or free lunches, they will be less eager to come.

Those who commit other crimes need to be jailed, but that, too, is a burden on the taxpayers. Better to keep them out to begin with.

Exactly. Vigorously prosecute the business that hire them. Make it extremely costly for businesses, and these folks won't get hired. With job opportunities dried up, they'll deport themselves.
