Jason Whitlock on Imus: "Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson are Terrorists" ['MUST SEE' TUCKER INTERVIEW]

Okay, I'm not Peach ( :O) ), but I tried to transcribe this Tucker Carlson/Jason Whitlock interview as fully as possible.

Here's a [partial] transcript from Jason's interview with Tucker [on MSNBC] earlier today:

TUCKER:

In the course of expressing his contrition on The Today Show, Don Imus asserted his offensive language was the product of African-American culture -- not the creation of White America.

Few were impressed by that claim, but our next guest believes Imus was making an important point.

JASON:

People that don't want to see black people advance have won.

Don Imus is irrelevant to what's going on with black people.

Don Imus is no threat to us.

Don Imus will not shoot one of us in the street.

He will not impregnate our daughter or sister and abandon that kid and that woman.

I'm not a Don Imus fan.

I don't have any love for Don Imus.

But this is wrong.

This whole thing has been handled horribly for black people and for all of America.

TUCKER:

That's a very brave point of you to make, particularly right now, when almost nobody is saying that out loud. Back to something you said a while ago, the two ministers... you desperately referred to... who need forgiveness... I assume you're talking about the Reverends, Sharpton and Jackson... What is their role exactly?

JASON:

Don Imus tried to apologize. He went on Sharpton's show. Terrible mistake. He played right into Sharpton. But these guys have driven this issue and I would say to CBS, "Don't negotiate with terrorists."

They [Sharpton, Jackson] go around the country lighting fires and dividing people and then start picking everyone's pocket. You never see them go back and apologize for the messes they make.

Jesse Jackson today, right now, should be down at Duke apologizing to those players rather than trying to turn these basketball players into the ultimate victims.

He owes the people down at Duke an apology for going and stirring in that mess and dividing people and dividing the nation.

They [Sharpton, Jackson] are terrorists; they go around this country starting fires.

TUCKER:

If Jackson's so bad, then why does he have so much power and why do people listen to him and do his bidding?

JASON:

I believe that most of America is tired of Jesse Jackson. We look at his track record of his accomplishments and there's nothing there ... other than Jesse and Al lining their pockets.

I don't understand how our black leaders get these life-time appointments, like they're Supreme Court justices.

We need to vote them out and bring in new leadership. It's not 1965. The problems aren't the same as they were in 1965. It's 2007 -- black people have a new set of problems and we need some new leadership and people with new solutions. These guys are trying to drag us back into the 1940s and 50s.

TUCKER: I nominate you Jason -- I appreciate you coming on. Thank you very much.

JASON: Thank you.

Please ‘ping’ your lists on this, if you feel necessary. Important interview, IMO.

Jason Whitlock is a brave and intelligent man who deserves to be listened to by the black community. Unfortunately, he will be ignored by the people who could use his wisdom the most.

I never thought I’d say this, but that was impressive. Very nicely done, Mr. Whitlock.

Imus should have called Sharpton out on his stand and influence in the Duke nappy-headed ho case at the beginning. And where does Sharpton stand now, I wonder?

Excellent! I read his article the other day. Reminds me of something the Rev. Jesse Lee Peterson might say. Very forceful and unabashed. I’m glad he’s speaking out.

Maybe not .. at first the black establishment didn’t appreciate Bill Cosby’s frank statements about what was really going on in the black community.

However, a lot of blacks have now realized that Bill may be saying some truthful things that need their attention.

Jason might do better than most people think!

I was refering more to the kind of people who follow Sharpton and listen to self-denigrating gangsta rap. Whitlock’s wisdom will be lost on them.

"Imus should have called Sharpton out on his stand and influence in the Duke nappy-headed ho case at the beginning."

What we need are some enterprising commmunity oriented citizens to dig up youTube stuff and quotes of Jackson and Sharpton relating to the Duke Lacrosse Case injustice. I think they did some incitin' there, too.

This interview nailed the race pimps for what they are. A lot of people think they’ve set race relations back 40 years.
